CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS AND / OR SERVICES ONLINE
These Terms of Purchase of Products Online (hereinafter: the Terms of Online Purchase), together with our Privacy Policy, are applicable to your access to and use of our Online Store and the purchase of products and / or services ordered through our Online Store.
By ordering products and / or services from our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Online Shopping Terms and the other policies listed above.
(1) Introduction
You will be required to expressly agree to be bound by these Online Purchase Terms before you can place an order to purchase a product and / or service from our Website.

CURRENTLY WE SUPPORT TWO METHODS OF PAYMENT AND THAT:
-Delivery home with ransom (door payment upon delivery)
-Payment by Bank Transfer
We may withhold products and / or services and / or terminate our agreement if your payment is not made in full.
The prices displayed on the website include value added tax.
Prices of products and / or services are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect the agreements in force.
(5) Manner of delivery
We will arrange for the products to be delivered to the delivery address specified in your order, and we will strive to deliver the products to your home within a maximum delivery time of 3 days, calculated from our confirmation of receipt of your order.
(6) Risk and ownership
From the moment of delivery, the products will be at your responsibility. Ownership of the products passes to you after:
– products and / or services will be delivered; and
– full payment of all amounts in relation to products and / or services
(7) Product warranty
The product warranty is marked together with the description of each product individually.
(8) Return, refund and replacement
Products and / or services can be returned to us only by prior agreement, at your expense and according to our instructions. All products and / or services that are returned in violation of this Article will not be subject to any refund or replacement and you will continue to be responsible for paying for those products and / or services.
In case of return of products and / or services to us in accordance with the provisions of this Article and if these products and / or services do not comply with the warranties provided for in Article [7], you shall have the right to replace the products and / or or the services (where replacement is possible) or, where we agree, a refund of the price paid for those products and / or services.
(9) Your guarantees
You guarantee us that:
– You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements and have the full authority, power and capacity to agree to these Online Purchase Terms;
– the information stated in your order is correct and complete; and
-You will be able to receive delivery of products and / or services.
(10) Compensation
You agree to indemnify us for any damages incurred by all or any liability, loss, damage, costs (including legal costs and amounts paid in the settlement of any claim, claim or claim) incurred, directly or indirectly due to your injury to any of your obligations under these Online Shopping Terms.
(11) Limitations of Liability

(12) Cancellation of the Contract

(13) Consequences of cancellation
Upon cancellation of the contract in accordance with Article 12, our obligation to deliver the ordered products and / or services that are missing at the time of cancellation will cease.
(14) General provisions
We will retrieve all of your personal information we collect in connection with your order in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy.
Contracts entered into under these Online Sales Terms may be amended only in writing signed by both parties. We may revise these Online Sales Terms from time to time, but such changes will not affect the terms of the agreements we have already entered into with you.
If any provision of these Terms of Sale is deemed invalid or inapplicable by a competent court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and such invalid or unenforceable provision or part thereof shall be deemed invalid.
You may not assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise transfer any of your rights or obligations arising from these Online Sales Terms. Any attempt by you to do so will be considered null and void. We may authorize, charge, subcontract or otherwise transfer any of our rights and obligations arising out of these Online Sales Terms, at any time.
Any agreement under these terms of sale is made for the benefit of the parties to it and is not intended to benefit, or be enforced by, any other person. The right of the parties to terminate, or to agree to any amendment, modification, cancellation or settlement of such agreements is not subject to the consent of any person who is not a party to the contract.
These online sales terms contain the full agreement and understanding between the parties regarding the purchase of products and / or services from our website and suspend all prior agreements and agreements between the parties regarding the purchase of products and / or services from our website page;
These terms of sale will be regulated by the laws of the Republic of Macedonia. Macedonia and the jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms of Online Sale has the Basic Court Skopje 2 Skopje.
